Kira Krümm Interior Design is Honored by the American Society for Interior Design with 2010 Design Excellence Award!
Estero, FL – September 28th, 2010: Kira Krümm Interior Design has been recognized again by the American Society for Interior Design at their annual Design Excellence Awards. Kira Krümm Interior Design’s beautiful Marco Island high-rise project, The Madeira, was honored this year for outstanding design in the Residential Transitional category under 5,000 sq. ft. Held at the luxurious Hawks Cay Resort in Duck Key, FL, the award ceremony was given for ASID’s largest Florida South competition to date. ASID, American Society for Interior Design, is the most widely acknowledged professional Interior Design organization in the United States and represents some of the most influential and trend setting interior designers in the country. Striving to increase and enhance the Interior Design industry through continued professional education and state certification, ASID benefits Designers and consumers alike.
Principle Interior Designer Kira Krümm and Design Associates Megan Rozin and Erin Carlin proudly share this prestigious ASID award. Ms. Rozin, who played an essential role in the Madeira design, attended the event on behalf of Kira Krümm Interior Design and says of the Design Excellence Awards, “ASID arranged an amazing evening; every detail was orchestrated beautifully. I was extremely honored to be able to except this award on behalf of our design firm, and it was a pleasure and inspiration to be amongst such creative and talented designers.” – Megan Rozin.
ASID’s panel of distinguished interior designers judged the competition and selected winners this year based on color and composition, design creativity, materials and patterns, scale and proportion, effective lighting, and solutions appropriate to the design criteria. This was Kira Krümm Interior Design’s fourth consecutive year to take home an ASID award for excellence in Interior Design.
